Your personal information is held in line with the privacy policy.

Mentoring

In line with the privacy policy, anything disclosed through your work with me will be kept confidential.

I am not a medical professional. The service I offer is based on my own experience and knowledge of mental health.

My services are an effective way of learning to look after your mental health and I can support you to do that. However you will not hold me responsible for whether you achieve your goals through mentoring.

You will not hold me liable for any loss or cost incurred by you (or any person related to you), in the event of mental, physical, emotional stress or distress (or any other ailment or condition) caused either directly or indirectly by mentoring.

While I often have appointments available at short notice, my services are not intended to be used in an emergency. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please contact your GP or the Samaritans on 116 123.

Refund/cancellation policy

All products and services purchases are non-refundable.

You can rebook your session once within one month of the original booking. If you do not rebook you will not be offered a refund and will still be liable for the remaining fee.

Orders

Physical orders are posted within two working days.
