This booklet gives some really useful tips and simple solutions to help you help yourself when you’re struggling.

Lauren’s booklet is fantastic! It’s so simple and makes so much sense. The last thing you need when you’re having a bad mental health day is lots of detail.

The illustrations are wonderful – lots of colour and inspiration. I loved the little personal card from Lauren that came with the booklet.
