The Sort your Self Care programme is for you if you want the support and accountability to create and implement a self care routine.

You will get four 1 hour 121 appointments with Lauren Ephithite, Mental Health Mentor.

Together, we will identify and practice the self care that helps you to feel happier and healthier. By the end of this programme you’ll have an effective self care routine which will have a positive impact on your mental health.
