Jump into Journaling

The Jump into Journaling Power Hour is for you if you know journaling is for you and you need a push to get you going.

You will get a 1 hour 121 appointment with Lauren Ephithite, Mental Health Mentor.

Together, we will get you started or focused on how journaling can help you with what you want to work on.

Online workshop

The next Introduction to Journaling for Mental Health online workshop is taking place on the 16th January 2021.

During the 90 minute workshop I will teach you some simple techniques to help you feel happier, healthier and more in control of your mental health.
